Nong Khai Running Festival

The Nong Khai Running Festival is a running event featuring three race distances: 100 km Ultra Marathon, 42.195 km Marathon, and 10 Miles. Each distance includes age-group categories in 5-year intervals. The top three runners in each age group receive cash prizes, and the top five runners receive trophy awards. The 100 km Ultra Marathon starts at 18:30, with a cut-off time of 18 hours. The Marathon (42.195 km) begins at 03:00, with a cut-off time of 7 hours. The race is held around a water dam, running in laps, with each lap measuring 6.7 km.
