Entries open for Kilimanjaro Marathon

Entries are now open for the race on Sunday, 7 February 2027.

From just 400 runners 25 years ago, to an international event attracting participants from over 45 nationalities, the Kilimanjaro Marathon has grown into a highlight of Tanzania’s sporting calendar. It brings elite athletes and recreational runners together on the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro, creating a vibrant atmosphere in the town of Moshi.

The 42km Kili Lager International Marathon, the 21km Yas Kili International Half Marathon and 5km CRDB Bank Fun Run are the distances offered.

The 2027 Kili Marathon is an official Comrades Marathon qualifier.
